Intensives on  March 30th, 2013 Intermediate workshop and Jam with Guest teacher Costa @ Dharma Door in Underhill, VT

Day long Acro Yoga and Thai Massage Intensive  (Circus Yoga and Montreal Style)
with Abbi Jaffe and Lori Flower

For inspiration: See this video of Lori and I in an AcroYoga demo at the Burlington Yoga Conference. We will spend time playing, building new skills and trust.  Students will work in groups to fly, base, and support each other in basic- moderate level sequences.  Thai massage instruction will complement the practice.
