arriving to catch a glimpse into my world.
I began this site as a branch of Sattva Yoga
to give up to date details about what I’m
up to: whether it be teaching yoga, hosting
various events, or making creations that
I’m sending out into the world.
I welcome you and invite you to share your
ideas and comment on any thing here
on this site. It will continue to grow
as I do, changing and transforming
eternally- finding new form, rhythms
and flow…..
